Start-up business program includes 4-5 investors who invest in one particular business plan and that business plan needs to get approved by Federal Government official, namely a Designated Organization (Business incubator / Angel Investor/ Venture Capitalist) and on approval of the project after conducting your interview, they will issue with Letter of Support (LOS). This is the key document to file for your PR application.
SUV Cost : Cad $ 1,10,000/- for Each family.
Stage 1 – Sign an Agreement with our RCIC team in Canada.
First Installment Payment: An amount of Cad $ 30,000/- will then need to be deposited to the TRUST ACCOUNT with the RCIC team.
Stage 2 – Approval of innovative BUSINESS PLAN by Designated Organization (DO)
Once the SUV (START UP Visa) Business plan is approved by DO, they will issue you with the Letter of Support (LOS), which is the key document to apply for your PR. As our projects are in final stages, this takes apx 2 months to get approved.
Second Installment Payment: An amount of Cad $ 35,000/- will be paid on signing the Business Incubation Agreement with the Designated Organization, which means the DO is ready to issue the Letter of Support. If LOS is not obtained by us or gets rejected we will refund the entire fees paid to our firm – TOTAL REFUND, though we have a 100% Success Rate till date.
Stage 3 – After receipt of LOS, we will file your Permanent Residency for the family, for which we would be requiring your documents, and the checklist will be forwarded to you.
Third Installment Payment: Cad $ 45,000/- on filing your PR application.
PS: IF LOS IS NOT PROVIDED – TOTAL REFUND.
Once the PR application is filed, the DO will provide you with a Training and mentoring program and will assist you in how to run the business program.
Processing time : 16-18 months, but we are getting our visas in about 12 months time period.
Total Cost : Cad $ 1,10,000/-
Excluding the Govt of Canada (IRCC FEES) – Charges listed below;
OTHER FEES:
– Payment in INDIA: Only Rs 60,000/-(CAD $ 1000/- Only) + GST @ 18% (With MigPoint Services) for overseas payments NO GST required.
– WORK PERMIT APPLICATION FEES: 5000 Cad $ (WAIVER as of Now)
If you are opting for a work permit, only then this fee is to be paid, otherwise not. This is for the whole family.
PS Note: Through the SUV program, you are buying your permanent status for self and Family and as such there is NO Investment being done in Canada but you have in hand, is an actual and genuine business Project.
