Pls be advised that, once you get your PR under SUV Program, you are free to do anything after landing and as such no conditions imposed. Also it is not mandatory to stick to the same SUV…!! You are free to do anything and also as this comes under the Federal System, you can land anywhere in Canada. You are getting your PR under the Federal System. After Arrival you can start with any business or may be initially work and then look out for Business Options / Opportunities, as suitable to you. Though our SUV plans / Projects are viable and genuine and not paper based projects and they actually run in Canada. All our SUVs done so far are successfully running. However, as you are aware every business needs some value to run and those are business running costs, which depend from Person to Person and business to business and the Business Incubator / Designated Organization (DO) will impart training to you all.

Depending on your budgets, you may opt for doing business, else you are free to do anything. The only condition which all immigrants have to go for is that you have to stay for a minimum 183 days in Canada, each year to be followed for 4 Continuous years, in order to apply for Citizenship. The stays in Canada can be either at a stretch for 2 years (730 Minimum Days in 5 years) or can be in installments, out of total time period.

Where will I be staying in Canada and What will I do after landing on PR…?

Once you have got your PR thereafter you will need to make your travel and stay arrangements in Canada and we can help you in the same. Allow yourself some time after arrival and settling in Canada. As there are NO conditions imposed after landing, hence you are free to do any work. You can start sending your CV to employers and also post the same on Recruitment sites. We will guide you in your settlement in Canada even before you land.

What is the Investment being done in Canada…?

Pls note that there is no Investment being done in Canada… You are buying PR.

The fees which are paying to DO is for your project approval and training on the Project. NO Return on this investment (ROI) will be given however till you get your PR there will be some investments to be done by all the co-founders on the SUV project towards project running costs. This is important in order to convince the Visa officer that the SuV project is going in the right direction and progressing. This will help in a positive decision on file. Once you get PR then all the co- founders can decide mutually who will do how much investment and accordingly the profits margins will be shared.

In the Start-Up Project, how many Co-Founders will be there?

Every start-up project has a viable team to run the Project. As per norms minimum of 3 Co-founders will be required to run the show, to a max of 5 Co-founders / members. All Co-founders have an equal percentage of stake holding capacity in the company.

How do you See my Profile, or any other platform of PR, I will be able to qualify…?

Pls note that your chances to be eligible (Express Entry Class / Provincial Nomination Program/Skill Category) are very less, as you lose all points after 40 years of age, under the Age factor. There is a very remote chance, your application is likely to be picked under the current pool system, as the point score is really very high. Hence you need to look for other options. However under the SUV class there is NO Age criteria and there is NO POINT SYSTEM, unlike the PNP or Express Entry Program. The SUV has the highest success rate too, as per Canadian Govt (IRCC). You seem to be a good fit under one of our current SUV projects. The project is already into final stages of approval, you may book your slot immediately. We are expecting finalization from the DO (Designated Organization) by the DO in Next 2-3 months, and then the PR filing will be done for all the Co-founders.

What are the Benefits of SUV in my Case.. ?

SUV is the FASTEST / SAFEST and EASIEST Way to qalify for Canada PR, as there is NO AGE Criteria and also there is NO POINT SYSTEM to Qualify, as in case of Express Entry Route or PNP Route. Another feature of SUV is that, once you get your Letter of Support from the Designated Organization (DO- Business Incubator) in Canada, you can opt for Work Permit (Along with your family members) and this approval may take apx 3-4 months, after receipt of AOR (Acceptance of Receipt from IRCC). You can land in Canada with your family (or alone and later call your family) and avail benefits as that of Canadian PR Holders. Your application for PR will keep on continuing and we will inform you, as and when any developments take place. Since Mid August 2024, the WORK Permit approvals depend upon candidates NET WORTH STATEMENT (Show Money in Bank Accounts). We will check the account statements, then let you know if you are eligible to apply under this route.

THE SUV PROGRAM is not an investment program or a Performance based Program.

You are simply buying your PR from the Govt. of Canada.

If we opt to move on Work Permit (WP) what rights we get, as compared to PR holders and what will be the Kids Status?

If you are considering opting for WP, the Principal Applicant will get Open WP and Spouse will too get an Open WP. However it depends how solid your Bank Statements are, as there is a condition to qualify for the same. Kids below the age of 22 can accompany you and they will get Study Rights. As a WP holder, you will pay for their education as a Domestic Student. Their education will be subsidized and will be treated as domestic students and not a foreign students. This way you save a lot of money and also don’t have to go through any hassles, as seen in Student Visa cases who are opting for undergrad or Masters Programs.

How much time does it take to get the SUV?

The Entire process takes around around 18 months, after we get your LOS and filing of your PR Application. Though recently we have got many visas in a time frame of 12-15 Months.

What if I don’t get my LETTER OF SUPPORT from DO / Incubator?

If the DO refuses your Project or viz a vis do not issue the Letter of Support, our team will refund all the payments back to you. An agreement will be executed between you and us and everything will be stated in black and white. Hence your money is Safe…!!

How the Fees is to be paid, do you accept payment in INR.?

All Fees shall be paid directly by you to our team in Canada and in their TRUST ACCOUNT. We do not accept any payment in INR. Pls refer to our email on ‘SUV / FEES Structure’ for more details. Yes there is a small fee payable to the NEW DELHI office.

Under the SUV Program, how much money is required to be shown in Bank Accounts…?

Yes, you need to show funds in your account. This is the Settlement money required by the visa office and to be carried to Canada with you, for your survival.

If you are applying without a Work Permit, then the show money is…. Number of family members Funds you need (in Canadian dollars)

1 Principal Applicant $25,000/-

2 (Spouse) $ 15000/-

For 1 Child $22,483

For 2nd Child $27,297

Additional: 15000/- Cad $

However if you are opting for a WORK PERMIT, then the Show Money is more than double, depending on dependents you have but subject to your fund statements and on approval from our side.
